odd Feinburg is a radio talk host from Massachusetts. On Sundays he hosts the nationally syndicated Todd Feinburg Show, which launched in the Spring of 2003. Todd has spent the past ten years in the talk radio field, working at stations around New England before joining WRKO in 2003. He has been named three times to Talkers Magazine's list of the Top 100 Most Important Talk Hosts in America.
After graduating from Tufts University with a degree in political science, Todd became an international chemical trader with Sobin Chemical in Boston, focusing on trade with China. Two years later, he left the family business to pursue a career in radio, a field he had developed a passion for while working at his college radio station (as a newscaster, disc jockey, and General Manager).
Todd worked as a disc jockey, news director and beautiful music announcer before spending two years as a helicopter traffic reporter in Boston. Then came a career change... from 1985 through 1996, Todd was a restaurant entrepreneur. He co-owned and managed fine dining Italian restaurants in Marblehead and Sudbury, Massachusetts.
Todd has made a focus of gaining a better understanding of the Middle East. His travels to the region began in May of 2002, when Todd joined seven other radio talk hosts from the states on a diplomatic tour of Saudi Arabia organized by the embassy in Washington. The visit included stops in Riyadh and Jeddah as well as a tour of Saudi Aramco headquarters, and private meetings with Saudi leaders. Since then, Todd has made two return trips to the region, adding Bahrain and Oman to his list of countries visited.
To learn more about one of his favorite issues, Todd spent 6 weeks as a substitute middle school social studies teacher in the fall of 2005 in an urban Boston area school. The first-hand experience was enlightening. "Everything you think is wrong with education is true," he says, "but its much worse than that."
Todd lives with his wife, Rosalie, on the north shore of Boston.
